Terms and Conditions for Nifas Events & Courses Bookings

1. Registration & Booking

By completing a booking for any Nifas event or course, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment (where applicable) or upon successful submission of a free registration.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. Your spot is not reserved until payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are non-refundable.
Free events may be cancelled at any time with no penalty.
Nifas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

4. Attendance Requirements

In-Person Events: Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the organiser's discretion. You are responsible for your own transportation and accommodation.

Online Events: A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required. Access links will be sent to the registered email address. Sharing access links with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Certificates & CME Credits

Certificates of attendance and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are issued only to participants who attend the full duration of the event and meet all requirements set by the accrediting body. Partial attendance does not qualify for certification.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, organisers, and fellow attendees. Nifas reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code without refund.

7. Recording & Intellectual Property

Recording of any part of an event — audio, video, or screen capture — is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Nifas. All course materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Nifas or the respective speaker and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Data & Privacy

Information collected during registration is used solely for event administration, certificate issuance, and communication purposes. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

Nifas reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your registration.
