1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Medical consumables or items that have been opened or used.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Perishable or hygiene products.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
